Belts help with bracing (by giving your abs something to press up against) and are most def not a waste of money. I'm assuming anyone saying this doesn't actually lift heavy weight. :yeshrug:

Not mandatory by any means, but definitely not a waste. :rudy:

Your #PowdaBoyz application (and any future ones) has been revoked.

Brb brehs are not using a belt for any deadlift, barbell row, bench press, or overhead press sets. :leon:

Edit: Claim to be a rich Black African but worry about spending a few bucks on support equipment, Africuhs.

You also don't lift more than I do Big Bro, at least not according to your log. :usure:

Again, belts are hardly "necessary" but they're certainly not a "waste of money". :manny:

Never said I did, you threw it out there with the :leon: and I confirmed some people don’t. Never said they were a waste of money either.

I know breh.

I was just tryna set the record straight. If both amateur and professional powerlifters are using belts on all 3 lifts, there is most certainly a reason for it other than to waste money.

You know I hate it when scrubs like @Lumumba say fitness-related things that are obviously asinine. :upsetfavre:

If people that actually lift weights frfr can see a use for using a belt on lifts other than squats, than perhaps there is a point to it that you simply can't/couldn't see?
