There should be a rule that if you don’t ever squat in a squat rack you shouldn’t be able to use it to do some hoe ass lunges

If I didn’t walk a lot everyday for my job I would idk how you guys do it. Do you alternate routines and weight or do you just hit a core group of exercises?

I can't speak for the rest of these cretins gentlemen but I am currently rotating:
1) Back Squats (High-Bar and Low-Bar) w/ Front Squats
2) Bench Press w/ Overhead Press (Strict)
3) Pendlay Row w/ Deadlifts (Sumo and Conventional)

6-7 days a week.

Accessory work if time (and chakra reserves) permit it. :whew:

Entire body sore and dragged myself to the gym.

Took two scoops so I couldn’t juelz my way outta it

damn near hit a new PR on back squat with no sleeves or wraps

I really am about to accomplish a long term goal before spring with my current trajectory
