That sounds good to me. I hate indoor cardio. When it gets warm you should take a bike to Prospect Park
I hate cardio period lol. But its a must. But walking/running for 60 straight on the treadmill, is the quickest way for me to get bored and just stop working out.
So I do like 30min on the epp
20 on the treadmill
15 on the bike
Or I'll do one
Stop do and do weights
Then do another
Stop and do ab work etc.
