That sounds good to me. I hate indoor cardio. When it gets warm you should take a bike to Prospect Park

I hate cardio period lol. But its a must. But walking/running for 60 straight on the treadmill, is the quickest way for me to get bored and just stop working out.

So I do like 30min on the epp
20 on the treadmill
15 on the bike

Or I'll do one
Stop do and do weights
Then do another
Stop and do ab work etc.

once i learned more about how important a plan was i altered everything

I always have to have a plan when I go to the gym. I only do cardio when I go (I do calisthenics at home), so I plan on whether I'm doing HIIT, intervals, long distance, etc. Helps me get my mind right.

yea thats how it should be

i go to the gym everyday so you notice new ppl

and sometimes you watch them look lost in the gym

once you figure out what you want to achieve

you more likely to reach that goal once you document ya plan

when i was cutting i use to upload tv series episodes on my phone and just watch em while i was doing cardio

that helped me from being bored

my boy is a personal trainer...he told me that if you doing cardio you should try to get atleast 45 minutes straight in.

i go to the gym at 5:30 AM and do an hour of cardio (one day it might be elliprical or the stairmaster or treadmill)

go back to the gym at 11AM to do my weight training. then when im done i cool down on the treadmill for 20 minutes

Yea, that little girl is a beast. I'm not into heavy lifting much right now, because I want to get down to my goal weight first. I do a LOT of cardio, and body weight stuff.

I use to lift 125 3 weeks ago this is fukking crazy .

I do HIIT on a treadmill...3-4 miles, which takes me more than 20 mins to finish......shyt is BRUTAL!!!..but you def gotta have a good level of cardio before starting HIIT else you'll prolly collapse..but the cardiovascular benefits you get it from it are :ohlawd:

Let me tell yall my schedule.

Monday - chest and biceps
Tuesday - shoulder and back
Wednesday - triceps and legs
Thursday -rest (but starting next week i will be running on the track)
Friday -rest
Saturday- circuit traning o work every muscle group but nl free weights just machines and cables.
Sunday-rest

I warm up with 10 mins of cardio and end with cardio every session. Either bike,treadmill or jump rope

Saturday i do very heavy cardio.

All cardio isnHIIT

ya cause your shocking your muscle fibers..plus lower weights with more volume>>>

use it for a month or two and try another routine

Today is my heavy cardio day; bout to run at least 5 miles... I hope there aren't any slow walking mofos on the track today; they mess up my whole pace and shyt.
