went to the gym to cancel my month to month membership (no commitment) so i can go to one closer by my house

dudes asking for a certified letter, i told the dude that worked there to just change my shyt in the computer, he wouldn't have none of it :childplease:

Bruh... I was up in there the other day and this dude was "training" these three fat booty Latinas :blessed: I was distracted like shyt with my workout, switching machines to get better views of them like :shaq:

I think I saw them last night, one of the chicks kept side eyeing me like something serious, she's a little below my taste, but i'd still toot & boot it :birdman:

I'm sporadic with my workouts tho, need to get on a schedule. Thinking about signing up for boxing with the big Mexican dude for my cardio. I got an athletic build but need to get back in healthy shape.

they don't give a sh*t they privately owned. I do wtf I want at that gym. It's like my second home...

But when I go to LA Fitness I gotta abide by the rules and sh*t :shaq2: :aicmon:

Let me tell yall my schedule.

Monday - chest and biceps
Tuesday - shoulder and back
Wednesday - triceps and legs
Thursday -rest (but starting next week i will be running on the track)
Friday -rest
Saturday- circuit traning o work every muscle group but nl free weights just machines and cables.
Sunday-rest

I warm up with 10 mins of cardio and end with cardio every session. Either bike,treadmill or jump rope

Saturday i do very heavy cardio.

All cardio isnHIIT

this is my routine

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Shoulders & Traps
Wednesday - Arms (Bicep, Tricep & Forearms)
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Back
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest

its just what i always been comfortable with. been my routine since highschool

also i run for an hour every morning except on saturday. and i run after every workout mon - fri

Felt a lite weak and tired last night... so to punish myself for being pathetic i made sure i went twice as hard.

How long should a brotha be on the same routine?

Also @Serious how long did your progression from frail nerd into swole geek take?

Couple days in HS,

But I really started to make significant gains, a year later, when I got on SL. I doubled my stats and morphed into a beast over a 2-3 month period...

Bench went from 175lbs to 225lbs
Squat went from 225lbs to 365lbs
Deadlift went from 175lbs to 315lbs

"Solid" muscle gains increased over the years. I gain about 5 pounds of solid muscle a year...

2009: 130-160
2010: 160-165
2011:170-175
2012: 175-180
