Monday - chest and biceps
Tuesday - shoulder and back
Wednesday - triceps and legs
Thursday -rest (but starting next week i will be running on the track)
Friday -rest
Saturday- circuit traning o work every muscle group but nl free weights just machines and cables.
Sunday-rest
I warm up with 10 mins of cardio and end with cardio every session. Either bike,treadmill or jump rope
Saturday i do very heavy cardio.
