I was going to join this one 24 hour gym but it was small...like really small and it smelled like feet. I wish a larger one was closer to me.

My legs got the DOMS from Deads/Squats two days ago too. Whole body tellin me to go fukk myself.

Gonna make today a light cardio day just to stay active

yesterdays workout was some good shyt...planks in all its variations are ...i got my timing back on the speed bag..did that shyt for 8 3-min rounds last night after shadowboxing for 2 rounds with 5 lbers in my hands..made that shyt sound like a machine gun...had some of the new females in my gym watch me put in that work
