I suspect people that say things like this arent really eating that much food.

There's levels to this...and you wouldnt know unless youre around someone that frfr eats a lot

Twenty-four hour fast? That's some @You know damn well shyt. My body wouldn't trip if I did pig out on Christmas day, so a day of starvation would be completely unnecessary.

You are right though, there's levels to this. The same folks talmbout "you're gonna get fat when your metabolism slows down :ufdup:" be the same cats eating celery for lunch while me and my skinny boys eating good for lunch. :umad:

Along with proper exercise intensity and selection, and recovery:

Are you trying to lose weight/fat? Calories in < Calories out
Are you trying to gain weight/muscle? Calories in > Calories out
Are you content/trying to maintain? Calories in ≃ Calories out

The folks that have poor exercise intensity/selection and/or recovery tend to yo-yo in weight, or flat-out look like shyt. :ehh:

Fasting is not miraculous or even necessary, it's just a way to maniupulate your calories in to be greater than your calories out. Notice nobody tryna bulk is really fasting like this, and the ones that claim to are either big dudes :dame: (@You know damn well) or weak, skinny fukks (@Swagnificent) that aren't stronk or aesthetic.

Fasting does a great job at resetting your body if you start to plataeu. I've noticed my best gains in terms of building muscle come after I do a 3-4 day fast.

Its like the body knows you lost some mass (mostly fat) and will compensate for that fat loss by building more muscle.

You can choose to not believe me but its something I've noticed in the last few months.

I fast twice a week and I'm at 265 at my heaviest
My water intake is glorious as well

I've heard rhetoric similar to this but fasting for 3 days is crazy to me.
