2 days into lockdown I truly hate this shyt

Xmas got all the food and wine flowing through the house :francis:

I meal prep and eat clean 95% of the time

the incentive is low with so little equipment smh

2 days into lockdown I truly hate this shyt

Stay mentally strong B. 2020 took a lot of brehs that I'm sure would gladly be on lockdown versus dead and (possibly) buried.

The quarantine won't last forever, and when it's over, it's back to grind time.

Today's gym observations, brought to you by Haterade and (Green-eyed) Monster energy.

1) DYEL-type breh came in and was doing random shyt. Ended up benching on the Smiff Machine when there's a whole bench open. :francis:
2) Two older brehettes were doing their LISS. One started off on the Inner/Outer Thigh machine, one only does iso's. Both have bootydos. :why:
3) Somebody's 80+ year grandma came in, walked right past the hand sanitizer by the door, went and found a bottle of bleach solution, sprayed and wiped her hands, then went on her first machine. She and Pop-Pop both ain't have no masks on. :dead:

4) This wannabe powdaboy came in with his tight-ass shirt on and ran straight to some biceps curls. Keep that same energy when it time to do legs (he always wears joggers), and bench (was struggle-repping like 225). :camby: Could be my gym rival, but he's too weak for that.
5) This PAAG/PAAG-PAWG hybrid had the ass looking so fat. :noah:
6) Mid-tier PAWG (fluffy stomach, cute to average face, ass/titties straight :ehh:) was getting "trained" by her DYEL-type mans. Their first exercise was a biceps cable curl. She was doing quarter air squats on the side. :mjlol:
7) The PAWG I was talking to a few weeks ago came in. I wonder if her form is better or if she's planning a trip to Snap City. :lupe:

Ran numbers while at the gym. Compared some programs to nSuns to see why my squat seems to regress on certain programs: :lupe:
■ Squat Erryday: 9.53+% greater squat volume per week :ehh:
■ SL 5x5, w/ singles mixed in: 16.06% greater squat volume per week :whoo:
■ 5/3/1 PHAT w/ singles mixed in: 48.53% less squat volume per week :scust:

■ 5/3/1 PPL, w/ singles mixed in: 28.89% less squat volume per week :picard:

Even skipping the 3rd leg day on nSuns still gives you 38% moar squatting than PHAT. PHAT is now bushes status. :camby: PPL looking real :flabbynsick:right now.
