■ Squat Erryday: 9.53+% greater squat volume per week
■ SL 5x5, w/ singles mixed in: 16.06% greater squat volume per week
■ 5/3/1 PHAT w/ singles mixed in: 48.53% less squat volume per week
■ 5/3/1 PPL, w/ singles mixed in: 28.89% less squat volume per week
Even skipping the 3rd leg day on nSuns still gives you 38% moar squatting than PHAT. PHAT is now bushes status. PPL looking real right now.
