I hopped on the scale today & I’m at 220lbs . I’m happy but irritated as I still got a lil stomach left . Looks like I may have to drop to 210-215 rangeIm at 260

Good. Actual health is more important than trying to look good for others.
How hard do you train? Cause I can understand if you do lots of volume but at a low intensity. I train at a high intensity. Almost every set I do is to failure (except for squats cause they are so taxing). I also try to do lots of supersets and dropsets. By the end of the workout I can barely move. That's why I only train twice a week and prioritize recovery. I can't imagine training as hard as I can for 5-7 days a week. It just seems impossible to me.

Funny cause I'm doing 2.5 hour full-body workouts 5 to 7 times a week, am still lean, weigh more than most high schoolers, and can eat whatever I want.

When I need to cut ill throw in some carb backloading and carb cycling which is hard enough but shout out to @Swagnificent for going through that grueling process it just couldn't be me. Those 2-a-weeks would have me go insane. Me and the gyms relationship is a beauty, she has always treated me well with respect, loyalty , therapy and submission . The science says you only need to stimulate a muscle twice a week for it to grow. So if you do full body, anything more than twice a week is unneccesary. The key when doing such full body workouts twice a week is to do exercises that hit as many muscle groups at once in the most efficient manner possible. That is why I do weighted calisthenics. Pullups, pushups, dips, squats, and rows hit every muscle group and the extra resistance increases the intensity of the workout leading to muscular failure in a more efficient manner.
If I did all those silly isolation exercises weight lifters do then I probably would need to hit up the gym more often. But for now two days a week has been more than sufficient.
