Good. Actual health is more important than trying to look good for others.

How hard do you train? Cause I can understand if you do lots of volume but at a low intensity. I train at a high intensity. Almost every set I do is to failure (except for squats cause they are so taxing). I also try to do lots of supersets and dropsets. By the end of the workout I can barely move. That's why I only train twice a week and prioritize recovery. I can't imagine training as hard as I can for 5-7 days a week. It just seems impossible to me.

I hopped on the scale today & I’m at 220lbs . I’m happy but irritated as I still got a lil stomach left . Looks like I may have to drop to 210-215 range :francis:

Thankfully my strength hasn’t been lost but still:mjcry:


Scooped some chocolate cake & cheese cake from moms crib :jawalrus:

Haven’t & prob won’t eat it . Grabbed some grapes & sat my ass down :unimpressed:

Right now I'm doing the Bulgarian Method (Google for a better understanding) for powerlifting, with 4-5 accessories tacked on the end.

As for intensity, I'm not a bodybuilder and this program doesn't use RPEs, but any given week my working sets range from 71-100+%.

Accessory movements are done for weak point hypertrophy and shoulder health, so take that as you will.



And a nikka still benches more than @KingZimbabwe ever has.

Funny cause I'm doing 2.5 hour full-body workouts 5 to 7 times a week, am still lean, weigh more than most high schoolers, and can eat whatever I want. :takedat:

When I need to cut ill throw in some carb backloading and carb cycling which is hard enough but shout out to @Swagnificent for going through that grueling process it just couldn't be me. Those 2-a-weeks would have me go insane. Me and the gyms relationship is a beauty, she has always treated me well with respect, loyalty , therapy and submission . I love that big bytch. :wub: omw to go see her now. #nogmb

Dude almost failed a bench set at 175 with no safeties on the rack. I was finna let him cook too. :demonic:

Edit: 115 pound incline and 125 decline for reps. Still no safeties and the bar's not even close to his chest. :pacspit:

Edit 2: Now back to 115# flat bench, (no)touch n go. :wow: :dead:

The science says you only need to stimulate a muscle twice a week for it to grow. So if you do full body, anything more than twice a week is unneccesary. The key when doing such full body workouts twice a week is to do exercises that hit as many muscle groups at once in the most efficient manner possible. That is why I do weighted calisthenics. Pullups, pushups, dips, squats, and rows hit every muscle group and the extra resistance increases the intensity of the workout leading to muscular failure in a more efficient manner.

If I did all those silly isolation exercises weight lifters do then I probably would need to hit up the gym more often. But for now two days a week has been more than sufficient.

Not even throwing shade, but there's nothing that you can say about the gym that Imma listen to. I can't tell if you actually believe what you be saying on here or if you're just trolling, but it really doesn't matter since I don't take training advice from anyone that's weaker than myself.

Once you total at least 1000 pounds on Squat/Bench/Deadlift (all three lifts done on the same day), I might put some stock in what you say as far as training goes.

No need for us to beef online, or go back and forth, but let's not pretend our goals/aesthetics/conditioning/dieting/training/strength/endurance, etc. are the same.
