Assuming this is true, the real net effect after MPS occurs should still lead to fat loss though, as the change in body composition, however slight, should still favor fat loss over lipogenesis. :manny:


I assume this more so relates to lifting as well, because we know EPOC would also lead to greater fat loss as well, especially if it's from cardio (didn't see the vid). :yeshrug:


Been on the powda for years and I have no issues staying lean. Imagine if the Great @All-Black the Necroverse actually did his cardio too? :whoo:

Trust me worrying about insulin spikes is a fukking waste of time in general. Definitely a waste relative to lifting. Sure it would be optimal to do walking cardio fasted but if you can’t :manny:

Of course I’m talking in the context of someone not having diabetes or eating like a fool.

I’m saying it won’t spike insulin but ask yourself self if it does why does that matter? “Fasted” lifting to the point of trying to burn extra fat is a silly endeavor..........

We got a much needed pull-up bar installed a couple years ago.

I've never seen anyone else use it, except for Ray, the person who got them to put it up. Dude's a 60 year old ironman

I'm certain that I have done more reps than everyone else there combined.
