I did 3 min sets of squats, up right row, curls, chest press and overhead press
1 min rest in between
I felt fatigued as hell. I was shaking And light headed
This covid ain't no joke but I'm gone keep pushing

Only bodyweight execises I do are pull-ups and chin-ups. (Still prefer to do them weighted.)

Add in any taurine, BioPerine, arginine, betaine, etc. that you'd wish.
