Ill do shoulders and arms, I cant go to the gym and do bicep curls and skull crushers for an hour.

New years is coming does anyone have their goals in mind?:lupe:

Still focused on closing out the year strong and hoping Cooper doesn't shut NC down again.

Bench: Stuck at 225 1RM right now. Basically started from scratch Sept 1 since I only had access to about 145 lbs of weight. Trying to get up to 245 by the end of the year
Squat: Hit 245 last Thursday. Hit 275 Monday after volume work. I think I have 315 in me for sure but we'll see Monday
Deadlift: Who knows? I'm boycotting it until they buy a jack for the gym :russ:It's an absolute bytch to load that thing up otherwise

160-165 bodyweight depending on the day.
