Somethings up with my gains, think I’m vitamin d deficient.

I’m losing so much size, flat as hell too. Diet is on point, even tried some carb backloading.

Lifts are stalling too, sometimes I feel like falling out before a session. My sleep+volume have remained consistent so there’s no reason I should be looking like this

Hmm could be magnesium too, just ordered some supplements

These fall desserts and cold brew got my diet :sadcam::francis: Weight is around the same though.

Got some tightness in my ankle so I might just do a walk instead of run this week and foam roll like crazy.

Think I'm going to stick with this upper lower spilt for a minute. Think might start doing drop sets or some pump work with bands during the heavy dumbbell days.

Want to start doing abs again but no time and unless I get these cals more consistent. :mjlol:

Bro you should probably see a doctor. You shouldn't be losing size all the sudden without being sick

We in the same boat. :mjcry:

I'm a damn vampire and I don't have issues like that (vitamin D).

I often feel like falling out before a session too. Sleep is usually on point (Sundays are hit or miss)+volume is steady/increasing. Diet is hit or miss, mostly miss from a calories standpoint (I'm usually at or below maintenance).

I might have a magnesium deficiency but magnesium is a CNS depressant, so taking ZMA or even Magnesium can decrease your ability to heavy. I will monitor my supplementation.

@Pacni99a12 is right, if weight is just dropping off you, you should go see your doctor ASAP.

It can’t be sickness, I’m too young. No cancer or anything like that runs in my family.

It’s gotta be some kinda vitamin disorder. I’m gonna start taking supplements and if nothing changes in 2 months. I’m gonna see a doctor, I lost so much already :mjcry:

I lost like 15-20 lbs in the span of 5 months. It’s not super drastic weight loss, but nearly all of it is muscle. I can’t even flex no more, I don’t even look like I lift rn. Not adding up with my caloric intake either.

I believe it’s a vitamin D and or magnesium deficiency bc of the general fatigue. Might be low test but idk. After trying these supps for 2 months I’m seeing a doctor to get bloodwork.

Doesn't have to be cancer or something that serious to still require seeing a doctor. :whoa:

Off the dome, it could be something like rhabdo where your muscle is being catabolized inside the body; you coulda picked up a parasite eating somewhere; or something else completely. Not a doctor which is why you need to see one asap.

Highly doubt magnesium or vitamin D deficiencies got you dropping 3-4 pounds of muscle mass (or even lean mass) a month.
