Edit 2: Form looked dangerous so I let dude know his form was trash. He said is aware and that he has a chronic hip issue and a fukked up knee. Said he has to deload every several weeks.:why: :mindblown:

Squat using intentionally poor form knowing your body is already fukked up, lifting brehs. :bryan:

Man lifting form is so much like a golf swing or batting stance.
You can take too much advice trying to make it better and it can screw you up from what was working.
I was watching something from an Olympic lifter and he was talking about trying to get as wide as possible in your grip. So I widened my grip and that had me struggling on my squats. I was like this for months. Today decided to go back to my normal closer lil guy grip and I feel like I'm back in my groove.

So lesson of the day: sometimes its best to leave stuck the fukk alone!

how many days a week do you guys workout right now I usually hit it 5 days and mix cardio in those days as well

Lifting 5-7 days a week; usually in the realm of 12-14 hours a week, sometimes more. :smugfavre:

As for cardio I'll let you know when I start doing it consistently. :sadcam:

Nice man cardio is just about consistency to me the more you do it the easier it is even if it’s walking your tolerance will rise
