Depends on how you usually get activation on squats as a starting point. For example my squat form/stance make me more generally glute/ham dominant so I don’t get a lot of activation in my quads.Back in the gym fellas my dumbass was running on adrenaline didn’t eat anything all day but I got through my workout also did 4 rounds of boxing

When I work out at the crib she will crawl up or walk up to me and be in the wayole girl has to snatch her up real quick and place her across the room after that she will resume to crawl or walk up to me.
