I know i was just playin.Trying to see who's knowledge actually led to the best results but good gif placement
So last year i got shredded with the help of a coach, diet/training/weekly check ins.
Got down to 9% bodyfat, 185 lbs. Then COVID hit, fell off a bit, gyms shut down until end of July.
Now i'm 9 weeks in with a different coach, i was at 183 lbs and a little soft and now I'm at 200 lbs and still growing. Goal is to add as much size as possible while eating clean.
I don't know if i'm the most "swole" but i can hold my own. At age 40 no less.
