im in Toronto breh..the metro area shut down and the western region shut down too.Did a 30 minute run yesterday (okay not all 30 minutes), Cardio is trash but better than I expected. Going to try to do the outdoor run once a week to improve my heart rate and conditioning somewhat.
Got pull day today, might start doing so more bicep stuff since I'm trying to do push/pull twice a week.
Where you live at breh? Are the numbers jumping crazy.
