Going to see how doing push (chest), pull (lats) twice a week is going to do. Want to start back running for a cardio day and just do legs once a week Going to start cutting the cals down
I get that not everyone wants to be a PLer or BBer, but I wouldn't only hit them once a week.
One normal session plus a second focused on hypertrophy, speed/explosiveness, or what have you would be better IMO.
Plus training them once a week seems like it'd lead to greater DOMS.
