I get that not everyone wants to be a PLer or BBer, but I wouldn't only hit them once a week.

One normal session plus a second focused on hypertrophy, speed/explosiveness, or what have you would be better IMO. :ehh:


Plus training them once a week seems like it'd lead to greater DOMS. :picard:
