@You know damn well, it is done Nawlins Sensei. Used my last scoop of pre today but when I got back from the gym

Dose 1: 250mg caffeine, 4g beta alanine, 8g 2:1 citrulline malate, 1.5g creatine monohydrate.
Dose 2: 200mg caffeine, 4g beta alanine, 8g 2:1 citrulline malate, 1.5g creatine monohydrate.

Will use dose 1 tomorrow (leg day 1) and dose 2 on Wednesday (upper day 2), assuming I'm still alive. :usure:

Assuming this works, I will see if adding other things (i.e. betaine anhydrous and bioperine) is feasible. :hamster:

Current cost per serving: $0.435. Prolly scrap the bioperine but adding in 1.5g of betaine would bring the final cost to around 47 or 48 cents. :ehh:
