Any non necroverse answers to this. Ask for a simple way to get strength back and of course he answers with the longer, more involved versions of this stuff. If I wanted to do all that, I’d build my own 4-5 day routine :shaq2:

Based three days a week I think the Strong Lifts 5x5 is the call. I’m guessing you will still be doing your cardio type training other days so the 5x5 should be compact enough and not burn you out as you try to get strength back on par.

Assuming that's true, I'd suggest she adds the assistance from ICF 5x5.

Vanilla 5x5 had me on semi-T-Rex status, but @dora_da_destroyer may not want them Madonna/Angela Bassett guns.

Breh, that’s not my focus right now. I know how to build more complicated routines. Im literally looking to regain strength right now. All my lifts are so far off from their peak.

Not sure what you meant by any of that. SL 5x5 is a very unbalanced strength training program.

ICF 5x5, while written by an idiot, is a more complete program. The assistance movements will fill gaps that Medhi's program has. It isn't more complicated or inherently focused on anything (except being balanced). Your current lifts compared to your peak strength is irrelevant in the context of either program.

But as with all things I write on here, do you. :yeshrug:
