What’s the grams per day on each?I'm not that crazyi will be cycling the carbs. 3 days low, 2 moderate, 2 days high. Ill run this for a month or so and see the results.

my bad. My calories fluctuate from 1800 to 2300 it varies on the day, I usually enter it into myfitnesspal but end up under eating I just focus mainly on the macros.
50 carbs on low days with more fat
150 carbs on moderate days with moderate fat
300 carbs on high days with low fat
Instead of cardio I did legs
