The exertion headaches give me no other option but carbs lol...
If you trying to push it to the edge, I cant see it going well without carbs


I'm not that crazy:mjlol: i will be cycling the carbs. 3 days low, 2 moderate, 2 days high. Ill run this for a month or so and see the results.

Me either. But that's just me.

Today so far:
- Otis Spunkmeyer blueberry muffin
- Maltodextrin + bcaas + low-sugar gatorade powder + water
- ≈3.5 pounds of pasta [1 lb rotellini w/ meat sauce]
- 5.0z Haribo Gold Bears
- Whey post-wo shake
- 1 serving of ChocoPB Serious Mass

Did no cardio and I'm still hungry. :noah:

:russ: my bad. My calories fluctuate from 1800 to 2300 it varies on the day, I usually enter it into myfitnesspal but end up under eating I just focus mainly on the macros.

50 carbs on low days with more fat
150 carbs on moderate days with moderate fat
300 carbs on high days with low fat
