deep tissue massage yesterday had my shoulders and back like :whoa:

i really hope december isnt a complete write off because of my shoulder. i might just do legs 2-3 times a week so i dont have to start completely fresh once i heal.

It's like the only DOM i get is from doing deadlifts which I don't do often...other shyt rarely gets me sore. :why: Am I lacking intensity?

I'm the opposite, no matter how hard I work my back, I rarely get DOMs, shyt makes no sense :sadcam:

But, muscle soreness doesn't really mean you're getting growth, so I wouldn't worry too much.

The only time I get muscle soreness is when I haven't trained in weeks and I go back, or when I lift really heavy weight outside of my comfort level. As long as I'm progressing by weight weekly I rarely get sore.
