Split chest/back up, it's a really hard routine, you'll be too tired to do both in my opinion.

You can do flat bench the first week, then the next week you do Incline DB bench and the 3rd week you do decline DB/BB bench.

im starting tomorrow..going to get good rest and eat a lot tonight

for chest max is 65pd using DB..so ill start with 40 the first week and work my way

A guy at my gym looks exactly like this, he only works out his chest arms.
