Man weight is just a number.

Only thing I'd advise if you're contemplating 4 plates, is be wary of injuries and use as much proper technique as "possible".

Moving that type of weight is no joke.

Plus reracking sucks. :sadcam:

Hopefully this doesn't deter you or anyone else from achieving this lifting milestone.I fully encourage you(as well as others) to follow your intuition. Good luck with your endeavors. :salute:

* If the lack of a gym membership forces you to train like you're in the Big House, this is the routine for you. No weights required-just a pull-up bar and a bad attitude.

THE ROUTINE

* Perform the workout as a circuit, dropping two reps from each exercise every time around. Start with 10 reps for your first circuit, then eight the second, six the third, and so on. Continue down to zero reps.

If you want to make it harder, drop only one rep after each set, so you'd do 10, nine, eight, etc.

* PULL-UP

* PUSH-UP

* JUMP SQUAT

* HANDSTAND HOLD Kick your legs over your head and balance against a wall. Hold for a few seconds less than you possibly can.

* HANGING LEG RAISE

Hang from a pull-up bar. Raise your legs overhead.

* BENCH DIP

ive been doing stronglifts past 3 weeks and after doing the 4th set of overhead press im thinking "man, im getting stronger, this is no problem" :wow:

only to realize i didnt have 120 pounds on there, i had 100. i just looked at myself in the mirror :beli:

put the 120 on there and did 3 reps. im blaming it on being up 17 hours lol

German Volume training

major lifts are done with 60% of your 1 rep max for 10 sets and 10 reps, total of 100 reps per workout.


To put it in perspective, if you lifted 185lbs for 10x10, you'll be moving more volume of weight than you did if you lifted 400lbs 5x8.

i had a cold about a week and a half ago that my daughter caught from me, then gave to my wife, now my wife gave it back to me again :mindblown:. haven't worked out since satuday :pacspit:. think im gonna do some light cardio and steam this afternoon just to try and sweat some of this bs out. fukk my miami trip man, gonna be :flabbynsick: and shyt :shaq2:
