id have to say no because gzus claims to not have a strict diet or even follow a workout schedule :dead:

Sick Thursday through Sunday and missed weekend lifts. Didn't impact me to much this morning which had me worried

blew out my shoulder on saturday night. can barely move my arm and its in constant pain. looks like im gonna be off the weights for a bit

Didn't realize how much I missed going to an actual gym until I left one today. Plus they have a new yoga class with an awesome instructor. Going to have to incorporate going at least once/twice a week mixed in with my home routines.

SN: :leostare:My friend either has the worst elliptical of all time at her house or she doesn't use it. Maybe I should convince her to come to the gym with me on the days I go.
