I'm coming up on week 4, and I think I'm going to add accessory work this week if I have the time to do so.

The idea of doing chest flies & lateral raises after bench/shoulder press 10x10 has me like :sadcam: But still gotta give it a shot.

That seems like a good switch up to the routine, I usually do accessory work on my back days already since I don't really feel 10x10 is enough there.

I've dropped down to 221lbs, this time last year I was 239lbs. I look in the mirror and think I'm small, but people who haven't seen me in a minute say I'm big. Body dysmorphia is a cold ass bytch breh :sadcam:

The o.g gvt has accessory work and you hit each part once every 6 days instead of once a week

Like og routine has 10 sets of bench with 3 sets pf flys
10 sets of bb row with 3 sets of db row

Etc

german volume training, you do 10 sets of 10 reps for one main exercise, then you do 3 sets of 10 for accessory work

one style of german volume training is

A. Chest/back
B. Legs
C.Rest
D. Shoulders/Arms
E. Rest

start over

the other one is

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

Back Biceps Abs

Legs

youre supposed to take 60-70% of your one rep max and do that for 10 sets.

i decided to switch mine to 4 days to avoid these nagging injuries i keep getting
@Malta has your bodyfat dropped or are you just losing weight?

I haven't checked my body fat in months, I think I'm losing fat though, my abs are becoming more prominent and I see more striations and veins in my shoulder/chest area.
