The idea of doing chest flies & lateral raises after bench/shoulder press 10x10 has me like But still gotta give it a shot.

The routine you sent me is the modified gvt i belive
The o.g gvt has accessory work and you hit each part once every 6 days instead of once a week
Like og routine has 10 sets of bench with 3 sets pf flys
10 sets of bb row with 3 sets of db row

german volume training, you do 10 sets of 10 reps for one main exercise, then you do 3 sets of 10 for accessory work
one style of german volume training is

youre supposed to take 60-70% of your one rep max and do that for 10 sets.
