Have you been training for it previously or you just to decided to do it on a whim in 2 weeks?

I kind of decided on a whim with 1 month to go, but I sometimes do long runs on the weekend. For example, since September I've done three 13 mile runs, but just by myself and not in a race. The longest actual race I ever ran was 3.5 miles.

The problem is, right after I signed up I came down with a cold, and now that I'm over it its harder to motivate myself to run the the cold weather.

finally got back in the gym after my 2 weeks plus added days off because of a stomach bug

new workout plan...i dont know if it was my body still recovering from the bug but my body was not as responsive as it was..almost struggle

the resolutioners were in full force smh

there are ppl who still dont understand what gym attire is. it is not a v neck sweater with some dress shoes
