Just yesterday I hit delts and did 8 different exercises for Delts 4 sets each, and threw in Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Calves and Forearms.

I always see American programs with 2 or 3 sets on barbell bench press, bicep curls and other workouts.
Are y'all actually able to get a pump from 2 sets? :dwillhuh:

Where I live, we usually never do less than 5 sets. I'm usually just getting started after my 2nd set

no humblebrag, but once you hit above 5 plates/495lb on the standard deadlift, it's like... where do we go from here? :patrice:

i'm not a competitive bodybuilder, so the risk / benefit of going higher is an active consideration for me now...

my form is excellent so no snap city concerns, but i may just stop at 495 and do drop sets from now on. (495 -> 405 -> 315 -> 225)

2.5 hour's.... shyt the other day on my off day I was there 6 hour's:mjlol:

I fukkin work out, It's therapeutic for me, and I train fukking hard
6 hours in the gym you doing more harm than good. The Rock not even in there half of that long a day.

Full body Workout, plus I was doing lots of volume and I was taking my time. I'm like if you enjoy something then fukking do it, have fun and enjoy it.

I could of been at home sitting on my ass, or I could be in the gym working out and socialize with my fellow Iron Addict's.

See It's about You as a Person, I could care less what The fukk Rock Does.

It's about what you do, what works for you and how your body responds, how you feel mentally, physically as a person

shyt there's old school Lifters that used to go to the gym 3x a day
