did 30 mins on the treadmill. clap for him :wow:

I also done 30 mins on the treadmill after a hiatus, I wanted to do another 30 mins on the bike but was feeling light headed.

I'm going back late tonight to hit the weights, I'm not stopping:demonic:

There's alot of people that been In the Gym for a few years that still look the same, if that's you, ask yourself why
I started going back to a gym my grandma would drop me off at when I was 15

Legit see the some of the same heavyset people when I was a kid :gucci:

I'm back in The Bay and returned to my old gym and I seen people that still look the same from 3 years ago, and I'm like WTF y'all be doing.

That's what happens when y'all scared to go heavy and force your body to change, when you scared to do drop and supersets, scared to fukking train hard

All I'm sayings it to many excuses People make

I think a lot of people just think going to the gym or doing any kinda workouts is a win

And it is to an extent glad people keep going good for them

But the difference is those who just have that Edge where you want to challenge your body
