How that diet going:russ:

My dude, everything has hit the fan. Diet, physical activity, sleep schedule, social life etc Honestly it's probably the drinking. My local corner store already knows what I want when I step in :francis:

Context: I came back from Europe and was doing so well then boom, my team lost 2 people and I got all their responsibilities in an instant. Mind you, this is Q4 as well so it's naturally busy. My hours at work moved to 70-80 hrs a week for the past couple months. I'd be getting home at 11 pm and getting up for work at 5:30 again. Add to the fact my soccer league on Wednesday ended. My schedule was turned upside down. I even missed like 4 straight weeks of my Saturday soccer just because I'd sleep in Saturday because I was too tired from the work week. In the past 3 years I've played with them I've probably only missed 6 weekends total (unless I was out of state/country)

No lie I've been out of it but it's no excuse. I'm picking up the pieces now that I've gotten a break from work. I need to just screw my head back on right and look long term. Health is wealth.

I'm looking to tie in my financial, personal, fitness and career goals all in one. The vision is there, but I'm kind of lacking on the execution, still a work in progress (23) but I'm trying to think the time isn't there. Been doing a lot of self reflection of where I want to be by this time next year.

Yeah I'm gonna take a few days off as well and just reset...

Breh I walked out in regular clothes and felt like I came outta jail...

I gotta get reaclimated to shyt:pachaha:

Im thinking it may he a quick fix to meal prep. Half a chicken and a bag of broccli post workout. That paired with intermittent fasting and i should be straight, the discipline and accountability will be on me.
Yeah it’s gotta be about 35-45 grams of protein
