What’s the point of drinking a gallon of water a day?

Idk about a gallon specifically but drinking a lot of water is for

1. “Flushing” the body of toxins
2. Curbing “hunger”. A lot of people aren’t hungry, just thirsty
3. Dilutes salt in the body that leads to water retention and bloat from water weight
4. Good for your skin
5. Lubricates your joints

How many cups a day you think?

A cup being 8 oz. I think you should shoot for at least 8 cups minimum (1/2 a gallon) I usually get 12-16 cups a day.

Usually 4 in the morning, 4 around lunch. An additional 8 spread out through the day.

If you work a corporate job it’s very easy to get in at least a gallon.

Is anyone ready for the crowds next week?

I"m not. My gym was extra crowded for a Friday. I know I said the same thing last year but they ended up closing my gym so maybe we did need the extra people:russ:

The bench, squat racks, and cable machines are about to be crazy:snoop:
