how many sets for chest per week

Finally got to 205 bench again, back to 245 squat 5x5. Dirty bulking now, my gut is giving me anxiety, only been bulking for a month now, gonna do 2 or 3 months. Already seeing gains and progress. Anybody else get anxiety when their gut starts to get bigger?
I need to improve my shopping habits. I buy too many items at once, mainly fresh veggies, which spoil after a week. However, I’m not a big fan going to the grocery store every week.
I’ll have to commit to being more meticulous with my meal planning. Buy a little bit at a time, keep things fresh so I keep away from eating out.
It’s really the diet that has been keeping me from hitting peak levels that I should be at.
