Actually, this shorty I fukk with off and on came over and put some kind of egg yolk conditioner on my shyt a few days back. So I legitimately did increase protein intake my hair.

Don't have form on lock for deadlifts :sad: has my back aching the days

getting up to heavier weights for squat has my back aching for a minute but it goes away, i assume thats just being weak
