Ronnie fukked up by not listening to doctors, not necessarily by lifting heavy. nikka had surgery and was back moving hundreds of lbs in like 3 weeks. Popping screws in his spine and shyt :snoop: :idiot:

I do think it's prob a good idea to take a more conservative approach to training though. I don't squat anymore :manny: Only DL once a week :yeshrug: Doing OK

it really makes you ask yourself how big am I willing to go for my natural size. Is it worth it. Ain't no way in hell I'm gonna be walking on crutches when I get older.

yeah ive put on an incredible amount of size over the years...i'm 6'3 1/2" so it does look proportionate on me when i do..but as i gotten older less and less i see it as a goal to achieve in the gym...on top of these nagging injuries i was starting to get...not worth it

I applaud anybody who getting their fitness on by any means necessary but I know this PT cute and got a nice bubble but she 135 lbs as a grown man you gotta choose another one

That can happen in or outside of the gym.

There are doctors and EMTs who have slipped their discs trying to get a fat patient on the gurney.

That shyt almost happened to me when I was working at a funeral home. Big dead 500+lbs dude. Took 5 of us to move him :damn:
I was only 135 lbs back then and that was the heaviest damn arm I ever lifted :damn:

I ain't bout that lil' Jimmy life :bamafdup:

Another sign I'm NOT eating enough for my h/w/activity level....I had 1500 calories for breakfast and 4 hours later I'm already ready to eat lunch and it's not even near noon yet...most days I skip breakfast and eat lunch...seems if I jumpstart my body with calories my appetite is ready for 4k+ calories. :bryan:

Haven’t lift in like a month plus due to work schedules and such.

Just doing deadlifts today has been like a remedy to my body. My mind is sharp and my blood is flowing.

I miss this feeling :wow:

I can’t fall off again. I erased the gains I made over summer :mjcry:
