I lost 9 pounds and I'm weak af right now:francis:.

Im gonna try to bulk up to 205. I'm eating a dozen eggs, 6 pieces of bacon, a pack of poptarts, and a bottle of fair life milk for breakfast everyday this week. :mjlit:

Pretty much any push motion hits the medial head so nothing to do there

For the long head you gotta get that overhead stretch

Lateral head responds best to behind the back shyt like kickbacks. I've been doing cable kickbacks for a couple of months now and they really load the shyt out of that lateral head. Put it like this- I was doing regular push downs with 90-100lbs, not really feeling anything. With cable kickbacks I'm getting killed with less than half the weight (20lb/hand). Key is to keep your elbow behind you. Hard to tell the growth because I'm in fat winter mode but I can def feel it

Got the flu shot for the first time yesterday; just realized all those times I got sick was the flu :snoop: Vaccine gave me a light flu and the symptoms are all the same. Def gonna get it every year from here on out; only got it because I don't wanna get my baby sick

Still did everything I was supposed to do in the gym though :ufdup:
