I've been very happy with this cut and reverse diet. Got down to about 180 from 205 by August, and I've been hovering around 185 for the last few months. Been increasing my calories slowly (only go up every two weeks as opposed to every week) from about 2360-3000 and still haven't gained any more weight, even though my strength is coming back and my muscles look a lot fuller.

got way too comfortable over the summer and into fall. my workouts and gains were consistent but my body got flabby. too much reckless eating and drinking. back on my meal plan this week, cutting way back on booze. i have 6 weeks to tighten it up before miami. time to get focused.

yeah man, all my workouts have been going well and my lifts are going up. but i can see it in the mirror. i wouldn't say i look "good" these days, lol. mid section looking soft af.

going on 4 days of planned meals and no booze. if i keep the workouts and intensity the same some of this shyt has to come off by the time i get to miami lol.

My mess up was actually after my vacation/holiday at the end of summer. My schedule went nuts and then work intensity shot through the roof. Was staying at work much later and my diet went to crap. Luckily I was still playing soccer twice a week but the muscle really did fade. Gonna be back on it so I can finish off the year strong.

if anyone is interested in pushing your cardio limits have a stab at these 2 wods that wrecked me last night and this morning:

8pm last night-

6 sets: (1 minute recovery between sets)
5 Burpees
7 Cal bike
10 KB swings (70#)

go all the way fkn out, like black out on this one...

6am this morn-

Complete 1 round every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 rounds)
20 Cal row
10 Hang power cleans (165#)
12 Box jump overs (24")

when EMOMs become AMRAPs...

ronnie fukked his whole shyt up..thats why i think me taking 2018 off from lifting weights was a damn good idea..and def influence how ill approach lifting going forward in 2019 and beyond

former ectomorph getting rid of some bad habits breh; no more night eating or eating right before i go to sleep, no more soda, only water, upped my water intake to 4 liters a day, no more junk or fast food ( i think this was the biggest problem WAY TOO MANY calories before bed, my usual dinner before bed would be a #2 combo upsized from wendys, or anything from some type of burger place. )

i cut back on the starchy carbs too, id eat bare potatoes with every cot'damn thing like potatoes are going extinct. now is just rice :ld:
