I started at 150 no muscle what so ever in april. Bulked up to 160 with preworkout, 100g protein a day, and creatine.
Cut back down to 150 all muscle on a strict diet of Oatmeal for breakfast. PBJ and a banana for lunch, and a grill chicken salad for dinner straight for like 3 months.
Now I dont take anything as far as powders or shakes I just lift 6days a week.
Abs man so many exercises decline situps is my main exercise though, oblique twist, hanging leg raises and knee raises. Crunches for upper abs etc I follow Athlean X on youtube he has the look I'm going for. He also has an app called 6 pack I used to use when starting out.First off breh. You have a nice physique (no homo). I haven't been in the gym for 6 months now and I plan on starting fresh next week. I have a few questions.
1. What exercises you do for your abs?
2. When you bulk and went on cut. What kind of workout you do for cutting? I know how to bulk but not cut. Going to bulk up first.
3. Any chest advice?
I think all the extra hot, hot sauce that ive been adding to my diet is giving my metabolism a boost, is there any scientific merit to this brehs?
