I have been asking to be separated from them for years.

We need to move the Gym to the No BS section. TLR is on some crabs in a barrel woe is me everything is everyone else's fault shyt. Pretty much in complete contrdaction of everything the gym is about. WS and feminists can't stop me from acquiring these gains cuz.
Brehs Im pitching to yall. Lets get The Gym moved to No BS

Got the gym PR for deadlift...gunning for the top 10 spot on the 1000 club list at our gym. Open weight class....highest is 1555 dude is like 280lbs. though. :picard:
Trying next Sunday morning...got enough nikkas calling me out for just getting the DL PR.....caveat is there is a 30 minute time limit. :gucci:

Going for 1400...currently 222lbs. at 6'3. :lupe:

I feel like I finally found my bench groove. I want to put up 275 for reps in 2019.

Might have to slow down on eating beef, at least at dinner time, the morning bloat:flabbynsick: is like night and day.



Still enjoy doing full body (love the flexibility and leg work) , but I feel like I need more volume for upper body:to::lupe::ld: Decisions, decisions.

My car is wrecked. Gonna be doing a lot of walking with public transport now :ld:. At minimum a mile a day

I'm not gonna get a car note so it's about to be work, gym, soccer, church, barbershop and grocery store/shopping for the next couple months while I save up. If the DC metro ain't close by, then so be it. :manny:

Lowkey I'll probably have to develop a good sense of discipline and time management, which I can transfer to the gym.

Always gotta look at the positives.

But losing my car going into fall/winter :francis:
