@phcitywarrior it's about to be winter :yeshrug: When I wrapped my cut this year, I was like "I'm gonna stay under 180 :krs:" Few months later I'm creeping up on 185. Key for me is I seem to have made good upper body gains, so I'm not cut, but I have shape. I can live with it. Still too early in the game to be laser sharp year round.

I feel you but I'm straddling a hump that's been tough for me to break for a while. I'm probably about 1/3 of the way there, but I haven't been able to crack past that initial 33%. Every time I get a bit of steam going the forces of life hit me hard. I only so much time to get to where I need to be in the time I need to be there.

I have been asking to be separated from them for years.

We need to move the Gym to the No BS section. TLR is on some crabs in a barrel woe is me everything is everyone else's fault shyt. Pretty much in complete contrdaction of everything the gym is about. WS and feminists can't stop me from acquiring these gains cuz.

This needs to be emphasized again, now that I see TLR's new thing is blaming white supremacy for why nikkas don't have their shyt together. :francis:

Workout was aight, I def need to work on getting more carbs in, but that's going to be a bish unless I go "dirty" :francis: Been lazy with my all-day shakes, so I'll start that back up again.

Chest still has me feeling :hamster: in parts, but at least I was able to get some shoulder press work in.

Deads felt dead again, which I'ma blame on my lack of carbs.:mjlol:



Going to switch the routine up so that should make the workouts easier at least.
