Been falling off the wagon man...
October I was eating out like crazy. Work stress had me off my rhythm. I can start to feel it now. All the pains in my sides, knees and midsection. High sodium diet has me bloated like crazy. My nutrition went to crap and I feel like absolute garbage.
Worse of all, the weather here in the North East is getting cold. The days are getting shorter and there's less sunlight which makes me even worse off
I shaved off my beard today and I looked in the mirror and just didn't like what I saw. Face looking mad pudgy and soft
But no pity party for me. I'd be damned if I wipe out the gains I made over the summer.
I need to get in more cardio and keep strict on my meal planning.
I might just have to say screw it an go on a little shopping spree for fall running clothes. That and a knee brace/sleeve.
I got Nigeria in 60 days. Can't be going to Lagos looking like the Pillsbury dough boy![]()
