Feels good to be back in the gym after my "incident' :sadcam:

Still can't do any chest type pressing tho:sadcam:

Squats were alright, was surprised. Skipped shoulder press (I might switch to machines :francis:)

Deads felt dead.:francis: I'm hoping it was just the rust and lack of cals.

October I was eating out like crazy. Work stress had me off my rhythm. Late nights and eating anything brought in. I can start to feel it now. All the pains in my sides, knees and midsection. The high sodium diet has me bloated like crazy. My nutrition went to crap and I feel like absolute garbage.

Worse of all, the weather here in the North East is getting cold. The days are getting shorter and there's less sunlight which makes me even worse off :mjcry:

I shaved off my beard today and I looked in the mirror and just didn't like what I saw :mjcry:. Face looking mad pudgy and soft :hhh:

But no pity party for me. I'd be damned if I wipe out the gains I made over the summer.

I need to get in more cardio and keep strict on my meal planning.

I might just have to say screw it an go on a little shopping spree for fall running clothes. That and a knee brace/sleeve.

I got Nigeria in 60 days. Can't be going to Lagos looking like the Pillsbury dough boy :hhh:

Idk what to do breh....

I think a bike is my only option now.

Come to think of it, when I was in Amsterdam I was riding a bike around a lot and dropped a few lbs. That and all the walking I did in London and Paris.

I may have to go back to the drawing board tbh.

I swear these desk girls at any gym I go too get mad af when I just give them the head nod when I check in....they all so use to getting Attention or something cus it’s the same at any gym I use

Then I feel a tension if see them again but I never go past the head nod :troll:

I get a sick enjoyment of ignoring any women at the gym
