GVT is the fukking truth, I'm on my 3rd week, shyt is a challenge every single time. I normally don't sweat when I lift, but doing this routine with the 60-90 second breaks got me looking like I did laps.


Good results bruh.

Before/after pics from folks doing phat/gvt etc would be nice!

how much weight are lifting though?

I can't imagine doing anything 10x10. Unless it just a plate (135/145)ish even that would be taxing after a while...

what are you doing for each (chest,back, etc)


tried it out today, gonna tweek it some, but looks like its gonna be :bryan:

I switch up the lifts from week to week, haven't done the same lift twice yet, but that changes next week. Example for chest I have done -

BB bench
DB incline bench
BB decline bench

And my chest in 3 weeks actually has grown a bit, there's "spider web" of veins forming between my chest and shoulders now.


:noah: bro how are your legs after doing squats. I can only imagine being on set #7 feeling :dead: in the lower body.

But the quads should look :ohlawd: status afterwards. :ehh::smugdraper:



It's not so bad after, but the DOMs over the next couple days is serious, has me walking around like -

Got the lactose tablets now my stomach is as sturdy as a cac's drinking all of this whole milk. :whew:
