Just figured out why I've been so lackluster these past 3 weeks.
I started waking up 20 mins earlier cause my boss knew I was coming in late everyday cause somebody snitched on me :samjack:
And they switched up my work flow so I can't grab 2 30 min naps at work anymore. I'm just tired :to:
Something gotta change back

How are those squats progressing:lupe:
They're up and down. Sometimes I feel like my form is pretty good other times not. Last leg day I did them at the end of my workout like a dummy :snoop:
Part of what I feel like throws me off is coming out the rack I feel like I'm in a slightly different position everytime. Like if I could just get under it and go I'd feel like I could be more consistent but I have to back out to get it off the hooks
