I deadline in flats or in my socks and usually squat in my olympic lifting shoes or flats.



I'd say bench...maybe squats.....wait, bicep curls....:snoop:


Had this cute spanish chick spot me for a one rep bench...great way to get that adrenaline going with your ego on the line.:mjlit:

So as many of you know I have 3 goals I am trying to reach on my lifts.

500lb Deadlift- I am at 455lbs now
385 Squat- I am at 365lbs now
335 Bench- I am at 315lbs now
185 overhead press- I am at 165lbs

I have been training exclusively 3 days a week full body with a focus on compound movements with a day focused on power, strength, and hypertrophy. But the one thing I have noticed that isn’t a goal is that my scale weight refuses to go down I am stuck at between 200-205 lbs I have tried multiple diet variants from IF to low carb to high carb to damn near everything.

How can I lose scale weight I want to do a powerlifting meet but I don’t want to go in to this class unless I can get a whole lot stronger.

What’s your current protocol now with nutrition?

I also feel like the anabolics are going to complicate trying to lose scale weight.

That’s what I’m starting to think I’m not having an issue with body fat I’m lean it’s literaly scale weight. Right now I am on 2500 calories 150 protein/150carb/50fat

make sure you have some long and short term goals set in place after you reach these objectives.

I hit similiar goals that you're aiming for as a youngin and I lost interest in lifting / being active....

Heck it should be noticable on here when I go months without posting in this thread. That's usually when I'm barely working out once or two a month....

Her shyt wantwa fat enough to see a cameltoe, but she got the thigh gap.@Serious She's one of the 3 female always gawking, I'm about to start pressing then to see if they about that life. :mjlit:

Half of my gym gear on clothing is Nike, and 90% of the people in my gym are military what's good....:mjgrin:
