@ocmfII now I see why you work at like 5 in morning. This is a great way to start the day. My mind is operating at the speed of light and I can think real clearly.

Morning workouts are lovely...but after that and an 8-12 hour work day, there is no tv...just bed:pachaha:

Any breh's got any tips for cutting weight?

Depends. If you already have a sound workout plan (lifting weights plus 30 minutes of cardio most days), then you'll need to reevaluate your diet. Maybe use MyFitnessPal to track calories. If your diet is good, increase physical activity.

Lean/muscular brehs usually eat a lot less than they THINK which helps keep them cut. They have to force themselves to eat for growth. Big/chunky brehs underestimate how much they eat, which is how they gain 10 lbs in a couple of months without even realizing it.

I can't lift every morning or even within a 72 hour period. But I'm starting to fill the gaps with a little bit of cardio. That morning energy jolt is lovely. :whew:

I needed to start doing cardio anyways. It's good for the heart and abs. :whew:

Man I ain't ever going age. Still look 21 :whew:

@Tony_Bromo summer, winter, spring, fall still aint yours :umad:

what shoes do you guys squat/deadlift in?

I deadline in flats or in my socks and usually squat in my olympic lifting shoes or flats.

Great video. There is probably no exercise done as incorrectly as the deadlift.

I'd say bench...maybe squats.....wait, bicep curls....:snoop:

Had this cute spanish chick spot me for a one rep bench...great way to get that adrenaline going with your ego on the line.:mjlit:
