@ocmfII now I see why you work at like 5 in morning. This is a great way to start the day. My mind is operating at the speed of light and I can think real clearly.

truth, i get home from work by 6, get kids in bed by 8, eat dinner and crash by 930-10. it's good though, i've been getting better sleep this way.Morning workouts are lovely...but after that and an 8-12 hour work day, there is no tv...just bed![]()

yessir, no better feeling then heading to the office and already having put in work. blood flowing, mind working, body loose.
i don't know any other way any more.
I can't lift every morning or even within a 72 hour period. But I'm starting to fill the gaps with a little bit of cardio. That morning energy jolt is lovely.Morning workouts are lovely...but after that and an 8-12 hour work day, there is no tv...just bed![]()

I deadline in flats or in my socks and usually squat in my olympic lifting shoes or flats.
I'd say bench...maybe squats.....wait, bicep curls....
