Do more squats
We underestimate the capacity of our legs. Humans are evolved to walk so like breh said hit them more often. I squat/deadlift twice AND bike 30-40 miles a week. If I had more time/need I'd do even more.

Did them again today, did some stretching before, going to hit them and deadlifts on Saturday. Felt pretty good doing them today :wow:

Was kinda surprised, last night was pretty smooth, especially since I really didn't feel like going in. :patrice:

Grip strength was nice for deads, I guess I need to start chalking-up on my prior exercises from now on then.:jbhmm:

Ab exercises are starting to pay off, my hanging leg raises are still:flabbynsick:

I found this while bullshyttin on YouTube trying to improve my count...

Gave it a try just now...

Anyone know of more standardised testing like this....links ....Im trying to use them on off days....
