I think I may have:

A. Herniated a disc
B. Sprained a muscle
C. Damaged my spinal disc
D. All of the above


It's gotten better but this thing my require some oxycodone, ibuprofen ain't cutting it.

I'm literally waking up with the :francis: face. 23 with back problems :francis:

2nd time this has happened in 5 years :francis:

Was doing heavy farmers walks yesterday, and I think I either pulled,sprained, or compressed something. Cause I can barely move at certain angles now. shyt hurts brehs. Every few hours I hang over the side of my bed to try and stretch the area, and i been popping ibuprofen. Other than that, how long does this shyt usually take to fix itself
Where is the pain?

Anyone ever mess with agility ladders? My boy said he got or found one at his job. I was looking up videos on YouTube and saw this one. Buddy over there looking like he crip walking in some of these drills.

Been doing PPL for the last two months and my appetite is always through the roof when I do it. Gonna switch back to Full Body 3x a week with cardio 2 time a week to start off and will probably up it to 3 days a week as I get leaner.
