Man do y'all know any decent (custom) workout apps to use? I'm going to phase out of stronglifts but all these other apps got some crazy subscription costs:pacspit:

My chest went up to a 40. I been doing this thing where I started with ten pushups then added one each day. Been consistent for the most part except maybe one day where I did chest exercises anyways. Nothing special but it's something that I like to challenge myself with. Up to 31 today.

My waist is up to a 36 but that's likely due to what I've eaten for the day that's still in my system and water retention. My arms are still the same but I'm trying to cut them instead of having them grow. Not too much fat I see to be removed since most of it seems to go to the stomach. I want to invest in the fat measure thing. Forgot the name but I have it saved on my Amazon. Maybe sometime next week I'll get it if the finances look decent.

Man I don't like judging anybody in the gym, everybody here is doing some type of good for themselves but....
There's a couple here the woman is clearly over weight and instead of here doing her own thing and doing some intense moving like she needs to do she standing there spotting her guy while he benches. 1. If he get in trouble she not strong enough to help him anyway 2.she wasting her time she could be making progress but this weak nikka need a spot he's hindering her. 3. She ain't even get any reps in.

That just really bothered me

Finally getting this jump rope boxer skip down and can transition to and from it from a regular jump now. Gotta learn those kick-outs and double-unders next :wow:

Did morning yoga, beginner class and stayed for the advanced class for the first time in like 2-3 months. Legs and arms felt like jello. I was too busy in the lab to finish the class :mjgrin:

Wind sprints at the park might be my go to cardio now. It's quicker and it's less boring being outside
