I dropped 5% bf in 3.5 weeks.

Refeed days are the best.

But what i hate about cuts are the overwhelming feeling that you're getting skinny its a mindfukk.

As soon as I hit 12% im starting a clean bulk with some "assistance". Fall is around the corner so weather gonna be cooler time to grow.
5% in 3.5 weeks?:wtf:
:feedme:

Even tho my hungry ass won't ever be able to do that :pachaha:

What's y'all squat method? Cuz either I was doing it wrong or just made my life easier the other day. I do back squats and I was doing close grip. Hands above shoulders. Was definitely feeling it on the first set. Maybe because I been hitting bicep curls more often lately. Switched to hands above elbow and felt much better. Can't really tell if there's a difference between the two grips. Especially since quads, glutes, and lower back seem to be the main muscles being worked on squats.

narrow grip helps retract your scaps, keep your chest up and tighten your core. i find that maintaining that tension helps with stability throughout the movement. it requires better mobility though.

Yeah I feel you. I think since I pulled my shoulder/tri, doing close grip contracts those muscles more, especially on that exercise. I put my stretched thumbs on the rings and then close the grip so maybe I was doing them too close of a grip.

Man do y'all know any decent (custom) workout apps to use? I'm going to phase out of stronglifts but all these other apps got some crazy subscription costs:pacspit:
