You need to take supplements to help with your recovery and minimize you feeling sore.Probably a newb questions but, When I do a back workout, next day I'm sore. Legs, I'm sore, chest workout sometimes I'm sore sometimes I'm not. But arm workout I am hardly ever sore, and if I am its mostly the triceps never the biceps. Does that mean I'm not working them out hard enough?
