Squirte breh keep in mind that I have had problens with my digestion for about 4 years.
- I did a colon cleanse to help with regularity but it seemed to have got rid of some of the good bacteria as well so I often got bloated
- I think I unintentionally introduced worms/parasites into my system when I last ate salmon and sushi. Possibly from the last meat I ate too.

Papaya seeds kills worms and the papaya itself releases an enzyme that helps you better digest food. I say dont go crazy with the seeds because they arent meant to be eaten in large quantity and act as natural birth control
Ah thanks. I wonder if it helps with bloating? I'm lactose intolerant and the slightest dairy ingestion causes my stomach to bloat as if I had a beer belly.

today's wod:

2 rounds for time:
800m run
15 overhead squats (115#)
10 sumo deadlift high pulls (115#)

12:13, not a super fast score but i kept all the lifts unbroken which is important progress for me.

looked like a crime scene after though...

Bloating was my main problem actually. It was weird because I had lost a lot of weight but it didn't feel like I did because I was bloated all the time. I would be hungry but feel like I overrate because of bloating. The only thing I changed with my diet was drinking crystal geyser water and eating papaya and the seeds so im definitely looking at that as the cause.

i was so damn hungover this morning, i could literally smell the vodka pouring out of me. the workout went so slowly and sluggishly... but i finished that shyt. and that leads me to one of the other things i love about my gym, everyone stayed there and cheered me on as i finished. people don't just bounce on you why you're still fighting your way through a workout just because they're done, everyone is so encouraging and supportive. it really is a community. and that shyt helps, definitely had me pushing on through.

For Time:
40 pull ups
30 squat cleans (155#)
40 pull ups

finished in 14:27.

those squat cleans were burying me after all the leg work we did this week. much needed day off tomorrow.
