I think for brehs (and brehettes) looking to drop weight it's a good idea to weigh yourself everyday instead of every week or every other week.

Wake up, hit the scale and log it, but only pay attention to the weekly average.

Good way to keep your mind right and focused on the daily.

Outside of individual preference, what would be the purpose? Daily weight fluctuates on a number of factors, it’s not an across the board indicator of much if the general plan is being adhered too.

Let’s be reality, in most people it could curb motivation.

I say weigh yourself once a month at the same time of day. Weight is funny. It fluctuates so much for a variety of reasons. The best thing to do judge by pictures

It's more of a mindset thing. Wake up every day and know there's a goal at hand. Whether the weight fluctuates or not, just get up and weigh yourself. Different strokes for different blokes I guess.

For me it keeps me more focused and on track.

Example: You weigh in at 185 on the 1st of the month. On the 7th (a Friday) you go out with your boys and do some drinking etc. Next day, on the 8th, you weigh in at 188. However, that entire week, you were on point and actually were around 184. For some, that 188 can be defeating, but had they been checking in daily they'd see that it was just one bad day.

Again, different strokes for different blokes.

Up to 180. Definitely gotta turn it up now. Getting big but some of it could be bloating and water weight. Especially with a high carb intake. Did some arms and legs. Had to do legs on the machine cuz I definitely wasn't feeling no squats.

And then the employee that worked there was leaving and I was about to walk out with her but her finer friend was there to leave with her and I wasn't feeling it. Maybe I could've gotten them both :troll: but who am I kidding. I prefer mostly solo shots. Not when there's a crowd like her co-workers. Might attempt a backup plan soon. Just doing some cardio now. Let me focus on this cut first then everything else after.

Would you have the same philosophy 6 months later into your cut when the weight loss can move at a snail's pace even when your doing everything right?

I do this during a cut, but when I'm not cutting fukk that. I drop down to maybe once every 3 days just to make sure shyt's not out of control.

Started an IG for my fitness shyt... YT is too much work, this is way easier. Took these after my workout today

I think I'm about where I got to last year.... I guess it's going to take a different approach to get to the next level. I don't know that it's worth it but I'm gonna see what I can do in August :yeshrug:

The closer you get a healthy weight the less dramatic your weight will fall off, hence me saying only look at averages. Your expectations may change but the habit should be there

That shyt was a crazy workout. I can already feel all these muscles I’ve never used before giving me that heads up, like, “yo dawg, just want you to know tomorrow you’re gonna be fukked up!”

Mainly because muscle mass is far heavier than fan mass, but takes up much less space.
